Massimo Caldara

Massimo is the Managing Partner of Caldara & Associati, which he founded in 2020, after more than twenty years of professional experience gained first at international firms and then at a leading boutique firm in Milan he co-founded.

With a special focus on HNWI clients, and particular expertise in succession planning, corporate reorganizations and family relocations, Massimo supports both domestic and international clients in wealth planning matters.

His clients include financial intermediaries, advised on tax matters of financial assets, the impact of the regulation on automatic exchange of information, tax compliance of foreign assets (so called “monitoraggio valutario”) and DAC6.

He has a degree in Economics and Commerce and a Master's degree in Corporate Tax Law from Bocconi University.

He is a frequent speaker on tax and wealth planning topics.

He is a member of the Wealth Planning Commission of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan, IFA Italy and STEP Italy.

He is enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and the Register of Auditors.
