Giada Mazzola

Giada is Senior Counsel at the firm.

She graduated in Law from the "Luigi Bocconi" University of Milan, she graduated in Economics from the "LIUC - Università Cattaneo" of Castellanza (VA) and obtained a Master's Degree in International Taxation and application of Double Taxation Treaties from the International Tax Center of Leiden.

She has worked with leading Italian and international law and tax firms, specializing in wealth planning, taxation of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions and tax litigation.

Giada has collaborated with family business structures of financial intermediaries, also gaining experience in the field of taxation of financial assets.

She has participated as a speaker at national and international conferences.

She is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
