Francesca Degl’Innocenti

Francesca is currently Of Counsel of the firm, which she co-founded.

She has gained extensive experience both in litigation, ordinary and arbitral, and in providing consultancy and legal assistance to companies operating at both national and international levels.

She specializes in business contracts and corporate law, with a main focus on reorganizations and generational transition.

She carries out research and teaching activities at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Florence.

In 2019, she obtained the qualification to serve as Professor of II level in private law.

She is the author of numerous publications on civil and commercial law and has participated as a speaker at national and international seminars and conferences.

She is a member of the Bar Association of Florence.
