Francesca is currently Of Counsel of the firm, which she co-founded.
She has developed solid experience in civil and commercial litigation, including arbitration proceedings, with particular focus on civil and contractual liability and, more generally, on disputes relating to obligations and contracts. She represents companies, entities, banks and financial intermediaries operating at both national and international level.
Alongside her litigation practice, she carries out a well-established non-contentious advisory activity aimed at structuring contractual and corporate relationships and preventing disputes. Her practice focuses on commercial contracts, corporate law and supply chain relationships, with particular attention to supply and subcontracting agreements, contractual risk management and liability profiles of the lead company.
She also assists companies in integrating sustainability and ESG aspects into contractual relationships and corporate governance structures.
She also provides advisory services in the field of corporate reorganizations and transactions aimed at generational succession, supporting entrepreneurs and family groups in defining corporate and contractual structures consistent with business continuity requirements.
She is an Associate Professor of Private Law at the Department of Law of eCampus University. Previously, she carried out research and teaching activities at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Florence.
She is the author of numerous publications in the field of civil and commercial law and is a speaker at national and international seminars and conferences.
She is a member of the Bar Association of Milan.
