Anna Maria Marinconz

Anna Maria is Senior Counsel at the firm.

She graduated in Business Administration from the Bocconi University of Milan.

She has worked with leading Italian and international law and tax firms, specializing in administrative, accounting and tax consultancy and due diligence activities.

Throughout her career, Anna Maria has specialised in the drafting of civil and consolidated financial statements, tax planning, start-ups, statutory audits and extraordinary transactions.

She is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
