Mauro Manca

Mauro Manca is Senior Counsel of the Firm.

He graduated in Political Science and in Law at the University of Milan and attended ISPI international relations course and specialization courses in international taxation at Bocconi University.

For almost twenty years he had been working in central and regional Offices of the Italian Revenue Agency, managing various operational offices, dealing with assessment and consultancy activities. He also participated in the OECD working groups on aggressive tax planning and HNWI.

He publishes in various Italian and foreign specialist magazines, and participates as a lecturer in seminars and conferences. He is a subject expert at LUISS in Rome and collaborator at SUPSI in Lugano.

His areas of specialization include international taxation of companies, trusts and individuals, tax aspects of wealth planning, as well as assistance in the event of tax audits, both in the pre-litigation and litigation phases.

He is enrolled in the special section of the Milan Bar Association.
